Jesus Healed ALL

Feel free to use this page to prove the Truth and the goodness of our Father and His will to heal and set free all who are oppressed by sickness, disease, etc.  People need to hear it.

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not willing anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” – 2 Peter 3:9

- This alone shows that God’s will does not always happen.  We all know of people who have perished without coming to repentance—but Peter reveals that it is never God’s will for this to happen.  God is not “in control” of everything that happens.

“Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing EVERY disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him ALL who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them.” - Matthew 4:23-24

- If He was healing EVERY disease and sickness, that must mean that He viewed sicknesses and diseases as a work of the devil.  And we also know that it was for this reason that He came—to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).

Isn’t it interesting there is NOWHERE that Jesus said:
  • - “This is your thorn in the flesh”
  • - “This sickness has been sent to make you more humble and to make you trust God more”
  • - “This cancer is a gift from God to teach you a lesson”
  • - “God is getting greater glory by you worshiping Him through your sickness”
  • - “It’s just not My timing yet”
  • - “I am Sovereign and I have a purpose for this sickness to remain”
  • - “It’s just not My will” (The ONLY time this issue was addressed in regards to Jesus and healing was the following: “A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees, “If you are willing, you can make me clean.” Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” – Mark 1:40-41)
  • - “You just don’t have enough faith to receive your healing” (Lazarus didn’t have any…)
  • - “Once you get your life right and the sin out, then I will heal you”
If you hear someone using these excuses for things not happening, you are listening to a doctrine of devils.

Jesus healed them and set them free from their oppressions.  He never made excuses for sickness and disease to be there.  He always recognized them as enemies to be conquered.

“When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed ALL the sick.
“ – Matthew 8:16

“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing EVERY disease and sickness.“ – Matthew. 9:35
.
- Again, if all sickness wasn’t from the devil, He would not have been healing every sickness and disease because His Kingdom would then be divided against itself.

“And WHEREVER HE WENT–into villages, towns or countryside–they placed the sick in the marketplaces. They begged him to let them touch even the edge of his cloak, and ALL who touched him were healed.“ – Mark 6:56

- As many as touched Him, WHEREVER HE WENT, were healed.

“…the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.“ – Luke 9:11
.
- It doesn’t say He healed those who had no sin in their lives, or those who didn’t have any generational curses, or people who didn’t have unforgiveness in their hearts…

“He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal EVERY disease and sickness.”
- Matthew 10:1
.
“As you go, preach THIS message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy,drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.” – Matthew 10:7-8
.
“When YOU enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is set before you. HEAL THE SICK WHO ARE THERE and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you.’” – Luke 10:8-9
.
- If you’re having trouble figuring out ‘direction’ for your life, start there!

“…how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.” – Acts 10:38
.
“I have given YOU authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” - Luke 10:19
.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” - Hebrews 13:8
.
God is good!  Jesus set people free from sickness!  Pretty simple, yeah?

    Wonderful!! Excellent!!! I love this… Now please explain….the blind man at the well…..And His disciples asked Him, saying, “ Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
    John 9:1-3 (in Context) John 9 (Whole Chapter) Response: Jesus answered, “ Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. ” So do you believe that God “allowed” this state of being/condition or is this erroneous to state/think?….I’m excited in anticipation.

    Forgive me for my lack of faith. I was going thru a lot of pain and became frustrated but Jesus has, is and will set me free. Jesus bless you all for sharing the truth.

    I’m glad that you say is not the case. But you failed to mention why healing does not always happen.

    If it is God’s will to heal all and someone is not healed then does that mean that the person attempting to bring healing is the one that does not have enough faith??

    This is really good, but just like the others, I am wondering why it DOESN’T happen. Is it only unbelief that stops healing from happening? Or are there other causes?

    I believe all you’ve said. I’ve studying John G. Lake Ministries,(jglm.org)Curry Blake(General Overseer)for 8 months. I also went to a 3 day DHT. Have prayed for the sick & seen some results. I have been prayed for by Curry,others & myself. Have received some results,but still have some major symptoms. Could you all please pray for my total healing. Also pray for the answer why my prayers for my symptoms have not resulted in total healing. Thank you so much. I am a Christian Missionary for 42 yrs.

    You do not mention:

    Paul had a thorn in the flesh and God the Father specifically revealed to him it was to remain, that he be not overly exalted

    Trophimus was left at Miletum sick, with no sense of it being out of God’s will

    Philippians 2:27 says that a brother was sick nigh unto death, then goes on to reveal “and hold such in reputation: 30Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me”–so we see that Christ exhorts us to honor those who are sick even to the door of death when they are in such straights in the Service of the Father.

    The “hall of faith” in Hebrews 11 contains 2 lists: the first are those who shut the mouths of lions, etc. The second is those who were tortured, sawn asunder, were tormented, afflicted, etc. But BOTH walked in faith. The same is true today. Some, God heals. Some, he does not. Some are ordained to walk in comfort and strength. Some are ordained to walk in suffering and weakness. But in all, the faith is the victory, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

    What is NOT a victory is for either one of these to accuse the other of NOT walking in faith, or that their walk in the Lord is not Scriptural. Twin mistakes are to say that God never miraculously heals, or that he always does. Neither is what is seen in the New Testament as a whole. You cannot, must not lift out only what Jesus did in the Gospels. You have to take that along with what He did after his resurrection and ascension, as seen in the book of Acts, along with what HE taught in the Epistles.

    Thanks for this study. I am reading TL Osborn and FF Bosworth on healing. I also listen to Andrew Wommack & Curry Blake a lot. Yes it is God’s will to heal.

    Thorn:
    I have heard much about Paul’s thorn A quick check of cross references on thorn.
    Numbers 33:55 Israel’s enemies would be a thorn in their side.
    Ezekiel 28:24 Sidon would not be a painful thorn any more.
    Joshua 23:13 Israel’s enemies are a whip in the side and thorn in eye.

    So thorn in OT signifies trouble from enemies not sickness. Paul being a religious Pharisee knew of these OT references.

    And the context of 2 Cor 12:7 is 2 Cor 11 Which talks of Paul’s many torments in serving the Lord. Yet not one of them mentions sickness. So the context agrees with the OT idea of the thorn being opposition not sickness.

    Yet the purpose of Jesus and also our is Jesus being our Lord. Romans 14:9 “For to this end Christ died and lived again that He might be Lord both of the dead of the living.” So weather we are serving God in sickness or in health we are to make Jesus Lord. And serve Him in faith.

    The key for me when I have been sick, I have cried out to God for help. I could not think or imagine that it would not be God’s will for me to get well.

    If it was not God’s will for me to be healed then what am I doing going to a doctor? I would be fighting against the will of God.

    albert, repeat ‘with his stripes i AM healed’ one thousand times per day, you just have to build faith, faith is the word of GOD!print these words on your heart!!!!!!
